futures that I require is;
one-to-one live chat
Visitor and Operator network check if connection up
Visitor does not need to download anything or install any plug-ins.
Visitor can request the chat transcript to be emailed to them.
Operator can accepted or declined the requests
Audible alerts when visitors want to chat.
Store chat transcripts in database for future reference.
Visitor and operator 'typing' status.
Social media profiles : Display social profile links within the visitor chat window.
