Project Description:
I am seeking someone who is familiar with working using YouTube API, Google App Engine, PHP programming.
What I need is to have someone create my very own Google App Engine server which runs a YouTube search engine with thumbnailed results and links to mp4 versions of the videos displayed. So what I would be paying this person for is for full ownership of this server after it is created. From what I understand it can be run from my home computer when given the google app engine directories.
Basically it will be a search engine which displays pages of search results with up to 9 thumbnails per page, and at the bottom I would need a Previous, next and home button.
