Parts of the site are operational, the parts that are not are concerned with: The merchant subscription handling, Mailscripts, Certificate Creation, and Cron Jobs (automated scripts to check subscription). The most recent version is attached. Page security is handled by state_controller through protected variables located in a page's specific controller (i.e. pages that require "user" privileges have the variable at the top of the controller set to "USERS").
