Design/Build a Masseur Website Directory

This website is replacing the current Masseur website. You can use [login to view URL] to see the features, but DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT clone or use the current Masseur’s website code -- this site has many issues. Absolutely NO templates. Attached is a sample design I created to guide you with designing this website. Budget for this website: $1,200 up to $1,500 Time Frame: 30 days. $300 Bonus if you finished within two weeks after mockup approval. Please DO NOT asked for upfront fee. I got burned too many times and I will not get burned again. I will fund the escrow after the mockup approval. REQUIREMENTS:  Backend must be easy to manage.  PHP, HTML5, MySQL (NO Code Igniter)  Must be cross browser compatability including firefox, chrome, safari and IE Version  Install hacker and database security.  Must be SEO friendly.  You MUST test your work.  Website should be bug free and completely ready upon turning over to me.  Android/Iphone ready. FEATURES:  Home page and Search Result page will have two banners. The large banner will be a slider banner. The small banner on the right rotates when refreshed (See the attached designed).  The right side of the home page and the search result page have an advertisement specifically for the masseurs. This should rotate when the page is refreshed.  Travel dates: Current travel date should appear on the msseur’s profile and thumbnail photo. For example -- if the masseur is currently in Washington, DC. It should say: “Currently Serving: Washington, DC” in the profile. Additionally, in the search result page in “Washington, DC” it should say “Visiting Now.” Future travel plan should show up in the thumbnail photos (See “[login to view URL]”)  Masseur’s Online Now.  Masseurs should be able to post their ad up to 4 city.  Masseurs should be able to upload up to 10 photos including the main photo.  Other features is common sense in this kind of website directory.
