Graphic Desingner with PHP & InnoDB Developer abilities

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual design solutions and senior coder able to code the designs in a PHP, MySQL, Plesk, Linux environment. Details are attached in the WORD document.

Your responsibilities:

- Understand business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
- Effectively conceptualize, design and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats
- Code the designs and other work detailed

-New graphic Design updates on several pages
-Review and update about 5 email templates
-Add TV News video as an item to the Home Page Slide Show
-Create a 3D or creative Partners logo cube & review potential enhancement to ours
-Update button mouse over effects, make then the same
-Update RSS feed to include more news items
-Remove 2 products from Home Page and update layout
-Add screen shots copy & paste to OSTicket email
-One new Product Page one item - link to external website
-Second new product page with about 8 items
-Suggestions for other website improvements

Need to start immediately. You are required to provide a breakdown of tasks and time and price.. You must adhere to project management requirements. You must provide daily updates. We will review requirements and database with you.
Must have excellent speaking ability in English.

Must be able to provide priority items such as the cell carrier verification update now. Other items will have a 14 day calendar time frame.

We will not pay 100 % upfront milestone. Up front milestone will be minimal until you demonstrate your work. Excellent English speaking skills required.
