Initial 1.0 webdesign for coding examples website

A coding examples website, recently went live but very lean and mean, needs a version 1.0 design. The URL of the website is upon request by returning mail. (please read attached .txt file for full description) The total assignment covers: - A design for the homepage - A design for the article detail page - A design for the search results page - A design for the contact form page - Design for "basic static page" Some remarks to the graphical layout: - Primairly text based website (because of fast loading), soft css border styles would be nice - Layers are fine, but no overcontrolled stylesheet please, prefer basic (readable) html code - Prefer no images, only css styled buttons, for fast page loading (only images are: website logo, [login to view URL], rss icon... maybe Twiter and Facebook icon) The process of this assigment will be preferable in this way: - Worker send in list with detailed questions about the functionality, proposing the basic idea about the design, to cover possible loose ends - Company replies to worker by returning mail, extensively answering all questions, so Worker can start designing - Worker makes static prototype (for example in Photoshop) for logo and all the pages and sends to Company - Company gives his feedback to worker on prototype - Worker makes the static html templates, based on the feedback of Company and sends these templates to Company - Company merges the static html templates into the website and send his feedback to Worker, in a so called "one time revision" - Worker creates revision, sends final changes to Company - Company merges final revisions to live site by returning mail, and pays Worker ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Website in very basic stylesheet design, compatible with browsers Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, MSIE 6.0 / 7.0 / 8.0 and visible platforms Windows, Linux and Mac. When very common stylesheets are used, this should not be any problem at all.
