New Real Estate Rental Web Site

I have a number of vacation properties that I am in the business of renting and I need to have a web based application put together that will allow me to display (online catalogue), schedule, and book, the rental of every property. This system needs to be able to accept payment for the rentals as well as accept and refund of the security deposits. This software should be able to track the rental revenue that each property generates and calculate return on investment by property or by groups of properties. The payment processor that I intend to use is [login to view URL] and as an alternate I use Paypal though I am open to alternatives. I will need this application designed, and programmed by the coder. They will have to design the actual web pages as well as any logo’s or trade marks that the site may require. They will also need to design the database structure and make sure all the scripting is in place to function properly. They will need to ensure that the shopping cart or payment system is fully integrated into the website so that on completion of this project I have a functioning system for renting and marketing my vacation properties. I anticipate that this application will require a number of upgrades and enhancements as I use it so my hope is that the coder I use to do this project will also be available for additional projects to upgrade and enhance this site.
