Redesign My Website + Create 5 Promotional Videos.

I need a total redesign of my site: [login to view URL] (keeping all the pages / most content intact with my consultation). I need a modern, crisp and beautiful looking website which emphasizes our good service and best prices available. + I need 5 live video recordings for my website: [login to view URL] One of my competitor websites has similar videos uploaded on YouTube and those can be found @ [login to view URL] I want same / better videos with following: 1) All 5 videos should be by different 5 people. I'd prefer 3 girls and 2 boys. If you can get people from different races to act - I'd love that. 2) All videos should mention about the following: Best Prices for Zynga Poker Chips, Fast Delivery, 24/7 Online and Friendly Live Support. You may also simply copy the content from my competitor website videos or consult me for content. It's going to be more or less same. 3) Be interactive, persuasive and confident in videos. I'm OK if the recording is not done using professional equipment but the video quality has to be HD and non-shaky. 4) I want different content to be spoken in all 5 videos, so, please consult me before proceeding ahead with recording. 5) All the videos have to be taken after the consent of people acting. I shall own the videos and we will use it for marketing / advertising on YouTube and our websites. I'd like this project to be completed in 3 days (it's not too much to ask for).
