Project Description:
This Project is for create a site that manage Formal PDF printing from data entered by user
My Client have a Formal Hospital PDF form, he needs a dynamic web page to fill all the option
and create a new pdf filled with the options.
a - site will manage users (doctors) each user will have name, password and several details (incl. email)
b - you can use drupal or wordpress to make site frame
c - design should be plain, but nice
d - pdf should be automaticly sent to the doctors e-mail
e - site should keep a report on which pdf sent to which doctor
f - some of the data is selected from list/combo, admin should be able to edit these options
g - site will be in RTL (hebrew)
h - there will be text/numeric/date/list fields
i - site should have a mobile version to be filled using iphone/ipad/galaxy etc
j - pdf should be based on the formal hospital pdf (will be sent to selected bidder)
