Hi all.
I want a system for creating websites like wix or weebly.
I do not want all their functions. I want something more basic and simple but quality.
Nor need payment processors, public pages, user registration. I have all the designs.
I want a user area very very basic. To upload templates, images for designs.
Please note that I am not familiar with any language codes therefore the winner provider will be the responsible for further technical support at negotiable terms. Therefore a commitment for a long relationship is essential
To better evaluation of you as provider, I will need a brief report about what are your plans for the completion of this project including intended platform and expected performance, guarantees of the code quality regarding security breach.
I have been interacting with many of you and will use those interactions along with your bids to narrow my choice to 3 candidates this week. I will then select a winning bid.
