The layout will also be used for future development projects, so it must be easy to change the content without needing to redesign the website.
It needs to be SEO
Must be designed with strong consideration of SEO. First and foremost we want the site to be found, second it must be clear and simple to navigate and must be visually simple, but modern and impressive to keep the reader on the site.
What will it have on the site:

Images, descriptions, map location, floor plans, brief specifications of units,

The website is primarily being set up for this development. It is not being setup to replace or emulate a website like [login to view URL] rather it is intended as a landing page for email and other forms of direct marketing for direct purchase of real estate investment properties off the developer.
Once a potential investor/buyer gets to the site, it must be simple to navigate, give them direct access to the information.
The website can be created from scratch or we are happy to use a modified template if it is the right one.
