Here is a summary of what I need.

1. Create a directory like the below site on my wordpess website, which drills down by geography and by Make like the below url. The database should be highly efficient with fast load times.

2. I will need to have functionality to add multiple listing types will drill down by geography and by make. These different types will be handled in the database.

For instance, one section of my site might be for dealers, with a unique domain of www.xyz.com/dealers/.

Another section of my site might be for repair shops with a unique domain of www.xyz.com/repair-shops/.

I will need the database constructed to add multiple types of businesses on different domain with full drill down by geography and by make. This will require a good organized database.

3. Paypal integration with yearly subscription to allow businesses to upgraded in my directory.

4. If a business upgrades they will be able to have their own business page similar to yelp, and can control it via an admin panel.

5. I will need to be able to mass import and mass delete all business records which might exceed 5000 records per type. The geography, and by make data will be based on the business listings.

6. This will need to be an efficient database with excellent load time.

7. I will need an admin panel to control certain aspects listed in the requirement document. The setting in the control panel will be specific to business type (i.e. dealers or repair shops) . Each type can have different settings.

8. All pages will output with dynamically seo friendly custom page titles, custom page text, custom h1 tags, custom seo friendly urls, custom meta descriptions. These custom variables will be generated from base text that inserts variables from the database into the text. For instance, the page time might be Motorcycle Dealers In [State]. Where the [State] is it would insert the state the user is viewing.

9. In the admin panel I will need an easy way to search and find listings and add and delete them.
