Wordpress Widget Creation and Website Configuration html

Project Description:
Looking to create a wordpress widget in html format.
Font, text, background image and size (height, width)must be adjustable for main site.

Money will be paid through escrow and only after the job has been completed and tested on our site.

I will need 3 different designs
Design #1 for Home Page (sample image attached next page)
- I will need to be able to create additional tabs next to Prope

Design #2 for a header for all the other pages (sample image attached next
page)

Design #3 will be advance search option (sample URL available on next page)
? Visitors can perform a search as long as they have entered a City or Zip or
Neighborhood name, other options such as price, bed or bath are optional.
? System must be able to recognize different format of spelling all as the same
(example given. Los Angeles or los angeles or Los angeles or los Angeles are
all the same)
? City/Zip/Neighborhood name must be auto completed (if visitor types Los A
he should be able to see the other city names that start with Los Axxxxx)
? html code must get updated as the data provider adds additional
City/Zip/Neighborhoods to their system.

I will also some additional codes for the following pages in a pop-up format that will be placed on the header and footer of the site. you can use wordpress plugins such as WordPress PopUp
