fixes and customizations

Im looking for a freelancer to fix and customize my php script, you should be able to work fast, and you must accept the following requirements: A: Must know php,mysql,logo design,html,graphic design. You must be able to do all of this, i dont want your brother or team mate to do this, i want you to do it B: Must have previous experience with api systems and be able to use most common api system C: Must be able to integrate addon scripts into the existing website design and so on D: Must be able to start work immediately and be available nearly all day,(when i say all day i dont mean 24 hours, i only mean about maybe 8 hours) E: Must agree that no form of payment can be done until the work is 100% complete F: Must have good english G: You must state in your bid description "I agree" or i will ignore your bid completely H: You must be able to do logo designs, banner designs and so on. There are about 40 jobs( when I say jobs, I mean 40 things to do in the script), these range from 2 hour jobs to 15 minute jobs, so there is a wide range of thins to do. I am looking for an individual and not a company, so no companies or freelancers with other developers with them or teams. Best Regards to all.
