Criar um Modelo de Joomla

We’re looking to develop a new Joomla 3 template with our new design. The website utilizes the Intellectual Property (Iproperty3) component and requires certain functionality to update using Ajax. We currently have a development site which we’ve integrated all of our data into Iproperty. You may preview the current component and data using the link below. [login to view URL]~joomla3/j31/[login to view URL] Although Iproperty does have the majority of the functionality we need in our new design, additional minor plugins will be required. 1. Home Page. a. The search should be working in AJAX including the fields in search which will be fed by the database. As for more options, there will be an expandable menu for this search, that will be an “advanced search”. b. 3 graphs that will have the the average price from manipulated data in the database. We will give the formula. c. Todays deals will be a “featured properties” module that will show the houses of the day. 2. Listing Page a. Listing filter: this part will be AJAX as well to define if the search should be rent properties or sold (we will specify the filters ) b. Filter properties by: should be normal as other listing page (newest, lowest, higher price 1st, …) 3. Grid View a. Should match the same functionality except for the view of the properties and the removal of the right modules 4. Map View a. The Map View will also match the Grid view except for the view of the properties. The google API plugin must be included (latest version. 3)It should have all the properties show the details as shown in design. If you don’t understand the functionality of the works, we will also go through it together. 5. Detail View a. The search, results in area and graphs must match the ones in the listing, grid and map page. b. Above the pictures of the property, we will need this to be in AJAX. The map, directions and street view should be by google API, of the property. The directions will be a space to include the address input by the user to calculate the distance from the property. This should also have a predefined text above the input, that we will give c. Details of listing we will notice which fields to include and where in design. d. “Schedule a Viewing”, will send the user to a contact form e. School info will be listed in AJAX filter f. Google API with the information of the property in AJAX tabs that will show what the titles specify in relation to the address g. Montly mortgage calculator h. Related properties will be same as other pages, but in relation to this address I. Right Module. Contact Form with predefined text inside, depending on address information. Bellow the contact form, we will indlude other existing joomla plugins in the places.
