Opencart expert required for custom modules - repost

I need someone really experienced with Opencart to create few custom modules for my store. I would like all our products featured on a single page with pics and to install a module which shows how much the user needs to spend to earn a discount. Please note that every time a user adds a product to basket they'll be taken to the page with all the products and the message re discount will need to be at the top Please see the following link for an idea on how I want the page to look - [login to view URL] Please highlight the fact that the amount that needs to be spent will reduce as more items are added to the basket, so for example if the user needs to spend £75 to earn a discount of £15 and so far they have £50 worth of items in their basket it will say spend £25 more to earn a discount. The message will disappear once the discount is earned I'm uploading all our products still, it's very important that any product I add on in future automatically shows up on this page and in a logical way, so the products will be organised in categories.
