RETS and XML Data

This should provide you my experience in RETS. As I understand from your project description, a script/program is to be developed which will download the incremental updates from the RETS server periodically (say once in 24 hours or once in 8 hours). The technical solution will require: Part 1. The script/program that will download data and images from RETS server regularly, and save this in to a database say MYSQL / SQL or MS Access database Part 2. A website to display the information from this database like say [login to view URL] Please note that my bid here is only for the Part 1 and does not include Part 2. Part 2 will require further discussions on the features required in the website like the search sophistication, paging, menus etc. Hence I am proposing this to be done as a separate project and do not count Part 2 as scope of this project. You could use PHP-Curl for downloading the content, parse using json_decode() function so then you will have it formatted in an array. And then display it as you require. You could wrap this php script into a cron-job and set the interval to 8 hours so the script will be executed for every 8 hours. Pretty simple I could manage the completion within 3 days, even less ( 1 - 2 days ).
