I have 2 types of users on my wordpress site. One type is employers, the others are potential employees.
The employer should be able to log in and browse and search for employees that fit their criteria, once they find one they like, they can reserve them for 10 days (using date range that can be changed in settings) so that when the 10 or 12 or 20 days are up they become available again for other employers to view in browse.
The employers should be able to see basic information on the browse page. Picture(far left), Name, Country, Skills, etc. But no contact information until they reserve them. In the browse list they can click on an employee link to view a lightbox of more information if they want or enlarge photo.
Employers should have a page where they can view all their reserved employees and have a choice to Release them, Hire them, or Message them. All messages between employer and employee will be saved in the database for either to see and also the administrator can comment or read all messages.
Employers should only be able to reserve 5 employees at a time. This number should be easily changed in settings per user or default #.
All coding must be done using pluggins and gravity forms. Currently we have 2 gravity forms one for all basic information per employee and the other to list all their skills. Both forms should be searchable by the employer to find the best candidates.
Gravity forms has lots of functionality already and will make this project a breeze.
I will pay a $200 bonus if the project is complete within 10 days of start.
