Project Description:
I need an Email Marketing template built for an ongoing Email Marketing campaign.
The attached file is exactly what will be issued to a large database, and needs to go out exactly how it is with one exception: the photo in the top left hand corner needs to be omitted and the column on that left hand side extended all the way to the header that's visible.
The actual text content will need to be included so that the template and content are ready to send immediately.
So there will be 2 versions at the end of this project:
1. Of the template in the format as depicted in the attached file WITHOUT the text in the RIGHT HAND COLUMN
2. The template WITH the text IN the right hand column
**The text in the left hand column needs to be part of the template, but remain editable.
**The logo in the right hand column needs to be part of the template
**The word "New" needs to be removed, and the word "Professional" needs to be centered in the heading in the Right hand Column
The Template needs to be coded so that it's viewable across all email clients and Smartphones - such as iPhones and Androids.
The contractor who provides the best price, and quality of work on this project will have ongoing work awarded to them on a regular basis.
This project needs to be completed within the next 24 hours. That time frame is essential.

Please also include a footer to the template that includes the following buttons:
- unsubscribe button (address to be advised upon acceptance of the job)
The physical address of the business, noted in the bottom right hand column will also need to be added to the footer.
This template must be CANSPAM compliant.
