Create And Build a PHP website in full

The site will be a download page for files. I would have one main index page along with a few other sudpages like download page , etc. I will require you to also fill in the website with data .. meaning files and description. There is around 100 - 150 files that need to be uploaded and filled with title name and small other details. I will supply you a website with all the files and info ,, where you can copy and insert to the new site. There will be a need for small PHP scripting as well ... like displaying most recent files , or search results , etc The person who starts this needs to spend fulltime on it , if your working on another project pleased avoid this for I require alot of time on this project. I belive a full time coder can complete the whole project in less than 5 days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
