Project Description:
I need one senior, reputed, trustworthy, honest seo expert for on page and off page seo optimization of a joomla based classified site (7 months of age) and desire to make a long term relationship.

On Page SEO Optimization
1. Title, Meta, Description {(including categories and subcategories)- Script provides spaces for insertion of description of the categories and subcategories. You need to do some research before you optimize the categories and subcategories fields) and Image Tags.
2. Validate HTML code (W3C, W3C CSS Validation)
3. Joomla "Kunea forum" and "Community Builder" already installed. The freelancer should make the modules fully functional and write down content for "Help" and "Rules" under "Forum" and "Community Builder" menu so that the users of the site can easily use the "Forum " section and know what to do in that particular section.
4. The site is comparatively slower than its competitors. Analyse the site very carefully and let me know in details how you can achieve the goal in decreasing the page sige and page loading time.
5. Any other plans for on site optimization of the site.

Off Site Page Optimization
6. Off Page Site Optimization must not violate Google Guidelines, attract Google Penalty and Asense Banning. You must follow white hat techniques only as a senior, honest, reliable service provider.
7. The posts of the site should be indexed fast by google and other search engine.
8. You need to do key words research, find out some low competitive key words and optimize the site to get some genuine stable organic traffic. Presently most of the traffic come from e-mail and adwords campaigns (200/Day). Only around 4% traffic comes from organic search result. You need to boost it up to more than 400 unique visitors per day, which will come from genuine, organic search results. You need to approve the key words (minimum 5) by me before you start optimizing the site. Selected bidder will be given access to google analytics account for obtaining performance report of the site for the last seven months.
10. For link-building:
The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience or enough reviews in your credit. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods.
Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the Guidelines. You must build links manualy (Like 15-20 a Day) and spread them over at minimum of 30 days and it can be more.

Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for.
You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made:
- Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink),
- Site Name,
- Site Type,
- Google Page Rank,
- IP address
- The date placed.

There will be arrangement for 3 milestone payments. Payments will be put on Escrow and released immediately after completion and verification of the work done.
1. 25% of the total bid amount after the onsite optimization is completed.
2. 50% of the total bid amount when the selected key words {3 key words (out of 5)} come in the first page (1-10) of the google search and the site gets more than 250 unique visitors per day (genuine organic result).
3. 25 % of the total bid amount when the selected key words {rest 2 key words (out of 5)} come in the first page (1-10) of the google search and the site gets more than 400 unique visitors per day (genuine organic traffic).

Quote me clearly what package you are going to offer point-wise (points 1-10 in the project description) {a free seo report will add more weight towards selection of the bidders}.
