Under NO circumstances will you use any Microsoft specific technologies, only open source. The social networking site I need installed should be feature rich and without any monthly fees or other restrictive licenses. I am willing to pay for your own social networking site you designed and has been use dby many others or I am willing to pay for an existing one from another source and just pay you to install and setup for me.

I have updated the details of the bid and have also now updated the maximum bid of $100. The elgg installation is not difficult and therefore does not require a great deal of technical skills (I can do it myself). What you are being paid for is the additional work outside of a simple elgg installation of themes, contributions, facebook/myspace connection, etc.. .
