Project Description:
I have an excel file that changes daily that has address information along with city and state. I want a program to go to zillow.com (likely through their API) and pull up their zestimate along with rental rate. I want this information to flow back to the excel file. I will need it to run daily and it must be 100% automated so I don't have to manually input data. I have the excel file attached as an example of the way the data is in the excel file.

Skills required:
Anything Goes, Java, PHP, Software Architecture Additional Files: mls+data.xlsx
