$30-100 USD

I need an applet to display the contents of an XML file (call it content-xml)? in a tree (much like a browser). - I can expand/collapse the tree. - when I select an item on the tree, the applet will refresh a page on another frame. - the content-xml will contain links to pages to be displayed. - There is a separate XML file (call it the gif-xml) to define what icons are to be displayed on which node when it is collapsed/expanded/selected. - both content-xml and gif-xml can be located in a separate website. - there is separate applet (call this comms-applet) can accept socket requests from another applet to synchronize what is seen on the tree applet - and also contents of page. - there is comms-applet also provides some text chatting (conferencing) facility. - this comms applet have various tabs for me to add other functionality in the future. - if you were to present the HTML on the screen, you would have tree applet on the left, on the right is the HTML content. and below the content is the communications applet. - this project must be developed on Eclipse 3.0 or above. - please make sure that the classes used are well separated. I do not want a single class for the entire applet. The logic, the presentation, xml-file reading, etc. should be well separated across different files. - it should be easy for me to subsequently merge the 2 applets into one if necessary. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
