Custom Android / IOS app wanted.

Hello,

We are looking for someone to create a custom app for our brand. This will be a kids coloring book app. We have developed our own special kids stylus we would like to use with this app. Here are some of the requirements: This app will be for very young children ages 3

Must have a color pallete to select color.

Easy to use for kids, color must stay inside the lines even when user draws outside of the lines for instance say you have an image of a lion. Once the user selects a color and clicks inside the lions head it will fill in the color almost as the paint bucket does on paint or Photoshop.

We want the first 2 coloring book pages to be free the rest we will have ability to add on 20 more for additional price

We would like this app to be educational as well. For instance we would like it to show the letter a and then the child draws the letter a once the child gets it right would go on to next letter B. Can also do this with numbers 1-10. And also develop another package for learning to write.

We are looking for someone who has experience with app development. Please send us the apps you have done that are similar to this. Please do not bid if you don't have any apps you can show. Also please put GreatShield in the message so I know you read the requirements. We are not interested in working with anyone who doesn't have previous app work to show. We would like to also get our apps on the Android and iPad Market.
