Project Description:
The REmymarket.com web site is a Google map mash-up using census demographics data overlayed on map polygon areas and offering various sort functions. This will be a free website attached to www.reuncut.com.au. The data and map applies to Australia only.
The product will be used by real estate agents. The data layer will be by census collection district (CCD). An example of a similar site can be viewed at www.numaps.com.au. This project offers the added functionality of search and sort by specific demographic data, shading the polygon areas from darkest to lowest based on ranking in the search result. The site can be built using Java or PHP. Database preference is MySQL.
This will be a foundation project for an ongoing series of system builds including a map based CRM. Preference will be given to established firms with > 5 staff.
