Fix Pentaho/JPivot save problem

We have a working Pentaho Bi Server 2.0 RC1 community edition with Tomcat and Jpivot. We have some working schemas and cubes. My current problem is that when a new analysis view is created in Jpivot and then we navigate through the Olap cube to set up the information as needed, and we finally save a lot of the rows of the dimensions childrens go blank. Then we you try to run the saved query again after a restart even and flushing cache it still blank. Typing the query into the Jpivot MDX button gives the same result. I need this fixed since we can't save different analysis views for later easy access.
