Project Description:
Hi,
This is a quite straight forward project for developing a simple java applet which will allow visitor to drag and drop files onto itself. The applet will POST the files to a url, thus allowing the users to use drag and drop technique for uploading file or files.
There are many third party, off the shelf applets for this purpose; however they are either too complex or not reliable to use for us. We have tried a few of them but end up with complexity or reliability issues.
So, this applet will have a few parameters, such as URL to post files and will do this simple job. More details to be provided.
Please note that project budget is strictly under $60 ; since all third party applets are priced around $30-$40. All we need is a simpler applet, and we will not pay a lot more than those on the market. So, please bid accordingly.
Any relevant questions welcome. This is an urgent project, so do not bid if you do not know how to do this or if you do not have time for it.
