Java Sample JSP

1) Sample jsp with a simple form (firstname, lastname, company, date) 2) The content of the field ? should be passed into a class. 3) Get the length of each field with a function call. You should deliver the sample, the source, all config files needed, assistance on compiling with eclipse and all explanations to bring it to function on my apache/tomcat system.? Should be easy for an experienced developers.
