An appraiser sitting at his office or home office will see all the new orders from the server using his PC.? He can click any order and can see all the details about the property.? He selects some orders by clicking 'accept' button.? The orders he selects are now his responsibility? He physically drive to that location, (takes camera and measuring instruments with him) Do the inspection and come back and submit his report for each property.? New process: Server <==> PC <==> Mobile phone Appraiser will still use his PC to accept orders from the server. The status would change to accepted. Now the orders he accepts will be synced to his phone. This would avoid him printing the forms and taking driving directions for each property. He will carry his phone with him and use it to fill the standard form, draw pictures, take pictures and voice notes.? He will come back to his office and press sync button and all the information will be synced to his PC. and PC will Sync back to server as before. ----------------------------?
