Need Youtube account creator - 3

Hello, I need a youtube account creator desktop software. Spec: There will be a browse button to load in email accounts in this format (email:password). There will be a browse button to load proxies, proxies will be private proxies or public proxies (private proxies format - ip:port:username:password, public proxies format - ip:port) Software will generate and fill all details like name, username, password, age etc. Software will create x number of youtube accounts where x is the number of email accounts. Software will use 1 proxy per youtube account, software will delete all cookies after each [login to view URL] will be a status bar showing how many accounts created and how many left. Software will save a txt file with username:password once it's [login to view URL] will solve captcha using [login to view URL] [login to view URL] will be a field to enter username and password of [login to view URL] account.
