Project Description:
I am looking for someone who knows OpenCart, I need a few things done.
1. I need a module that is able to mouse over images and show them (with out a click) like this:

2. I need a rotating banner installed (not flash)(javascript?)
3 .I need an area where the client must enter a Agent code and if they don't have it they will be assigned a generic code.
4. I need a text footer put in to the site.
