Overhaul of php/mysql app

Project Description:
I have a site that I wrote several years ago in php and mysql. We need to clean it up, add grid features such as inline editing, update to pdo from the mysql api, modernize the style sheet, etc. I would expect to pay on an hourly basis for this work and to break it up into chunks so that you are paid as we go. I will give you full access to my test site & database. Hours of work per week would be a minimum of 10 and a maximum at your discretion. We have some time to complete this, although I'm eager to get started. I am NOT interested in generated code; I need to be able to make changes and maintain it as the business grows and changes.
