In 2 hours time I will have a simple website ready. On that website there is a form that needs to write to our database on submit. I need you to turn that page into a PHP page that will write to our database. I need you to create a new table on our database with all of the fields that are represented in the form. There are about 20 fields in the form - some of them mandatory and some not. 3 fields are only mandatory if the Date Of Birth entered means the person is younger that 18 years old. I need this done now (in less than 2 hours I will have the page ready) |
