Project Description:
Following are the tasks that the system should perform.
---Read pdf files from a specific Folder
(where the pdf files will be actually RESEARCH ARTICLES of only IEEE Digital Library Format), sample docs @ (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/conferences.jsp?queryText=visualization)
Read following information
1. INFO (title, authors, abstract, keywords, conference name, Year of publication)
2. Annotation of the pdf (comments, highlighted text, underlined text etc)
---Display of Processed Information
Visual previews will be displayed at localhost, where user should Log in to see it
1. list should be a graphical preview (small snippets)
2. previews should consist of
a. if the doc is annotated, then the Title + Authors + Annotation + conference name + year
b. if not annotated, then Title + Authors + Abstract + conference name + year
3. Previews could be sorted as,
a. date when annotations were made
b. date when docs were published
c. date when docs were downloaded
4. Previews should be Anchored to the Papers stored in the folder
