Share a courier van app

The objective of the app is to allow customers to share a courier van if its going to the same destination and they both are close to each other e.g. i log into app and i want a parcel to be delivered to e.g Birmingham city i type in my pickup location and destination with date and time if another person also has a pickup location and destination (e.g. within 5 miles) with a similar date and time- then both customers recieve a text notification that they will be sharing the van. A price is sent to both customers of how much they will be paying and they must pay via credit/debit card or paypal 24 hours before the courier van is booked when one party pays the other recieves notification that they have paid. once both parties have paid -the job is officially booked we will provide a csv/excel database of pickup and destination locations that the customers can choose from customers must be able to leave feedback before using the app customers must accept Terms and Conditions and send us personal details (we will provide this) design must be user friendly code must be clean and maintainable
