Here is the requirement:
I need a Web Application or Software from which we can send Bulk SMS to USA/UK Cell phones.
Currently we register the people through our keywords:
Suppose if we sell our services to a restaurant whose name is xyz then we assign a keyword xyz for the restaurant and the customers of the restaurant has to send xyz to xxxxxx.
In this way the cell phone of the customers gets registered and we can send our promotional messages to their cell phones from our back office.
So in our services there is a drawback that the customers have to register their cell phone first by sending the keyword then only we can send the SMS on their cell phone.
To make our service better we need to design an application by which we can send the SMS without pre registration of cell phones.
Let me know if you can do it.

You should explain that how the system will be working. I mean to ask how we can input the cell phone numbers in the system.
