Project Description:

We have a website that currently uses Adobe Flash Media Streaming, installed by previous developer. Right now it runs videos broadcast style (like a TV), so visitors can only see what is currently playing. Would like to have the capability to schedule the videos along with inserting ads after them. The scheduler should be flexible enough to have events in the future and allow changes.

We expect the interface to be written in PHP and whatever the media server requires (Ie Wowza Media needs Java).

We are also open to using Wowza Media Server. Research shows that this could be a better fit. Please specify which preference you have. At this time we are only interested in anyone with experience in any of these servers (Adobe or Wowza).

The budget can be flexible if you can prove that it can be done as specified. More detailed specifications will be done once a bid is selected.
