Objective
-------------
Want to build an image rating site, similar to the popular [login to view URL] or the decommissioned [login to view URL] (now at accessible from [login to view URL]). The intent of the project is to repurpose the entire code with little rebranding across multiple sites/domains.
The site will draw in many users due to the compelling photo content. End-users have the choice of:
- Voting on a photo
- Commenting on a photo
- Adding their own photos
- Sharing the showcased photo (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Email)
- Printing the photo with our photo print affiliates
Design
---------
Design must be very Web2.0 looking. Examine the look and feel of the following:

Portability
---------------
In order to support both desktop and mobile clients (i.e. Android & iPhone), the entire site must be HTML5 ready. iPhone support must be facilitated with the following iPhone Libraries
