Add features to 2 Drupal Modules

Hi,
I need to add features to 2 Drupal core Modules:

1 - Add a block to the "Book" module with a view to display (through the adding of a block feature) the n last published books contents. Please see the displa waited result, under the "Analyses/Archives" section as shown live at: http://www.vigilancesoudan.org/

2 - Add a block to the "Aggregator" module with a view to display (through the adding of a block feature) RSS feeds or RSS category, in a a repeating Rolling/Marquee. The name, description and image have to be displayed, the height/wifth in pixel/% and the rolling speed have to be specified, and some links like: "Plus" to go to the complete feeds page. (see it live in the first column of the http://www.quarante7.com/ website).
