- Internet/bidding platform which works like a marketplace or an auction
- similar to freelancer.com or myhammer.co.uk, similar functionality and complexity
- preferably build in joomla - easy to maintain and change/add categories
- payment options / account security / transparency/open bidding system / minimalistic design
- user management (client and supplier)
- Google optimization
i believe the skills are mentioned above do not reflect the actual skills needed and I am happy for someone to make better suggestions
