I need a text based MMORPG using custom or template scripting. (Similar to but not same as Immortal Nights/ Arcane Circle gameplay)

Needs to have/ be

- Fantasy themed
- Integrated chat module/ forum
- Option for players to purchase upgrades/ items
- Option to donate
- Option to add in other income streams
- Option to code, for updates and new elements
- Text based customisation eg player preferences
- Easy to manage
- All applications and programmes MUST be compatible with mac
- Option for payment via PAYPAL, credit/ debit card
- Lots of gameplay
- Restrictions on hitting lower players
- A jail type place
- 5 Min energy regen
- Integrated security against hacking
