Change design of a existing site

I have a website [login to view URL] we are looking at changing the look of the site. The site uses a basic custom built cms where we can upload trucks and change text and images on the pages. so you would need to make the new design fit over the top of that so the cms will still work with the new design. we would require some thing like [login to view URL] so the trucks that we have added can also appear on the home page and the whole website feels more like a sales website and not a info website. I would need this to be completed asap as its not a big project and its not hard to do.
