Changes to CMS and Front Page of our Website

We are a real estate company; our website is www.metroscapenyc.com. Our CMS is currently very simple. We need to be able to add more functionality. There are currently three levels of users in our website; admins, managers, agents. I have attached better and more detailed instructions. Please view those if time permits. Managers currently just have a single manager status therefore every manager account is the same. We wish to be able to group certain "agents" under certain "managers" for example if Agents A, B and C work for Manager X, then X needs to be grouped with Agents A, B and C. Our dashboard on our CMS is currently blank, we need to add a table where agents can input data on how they did (how many ads they posted, how many phone calls and emails they received etc. These charts should be saved for future viewing, with a calendar on the bottom to allow agents to view previous data and also view future data (it should show about 1 year below with arrows to allow for further viewing) Please see JPEG (agents should be able to scroll to the future as well on the bottom calendar) Managers need to be able to view this data for the agents that are grouped under them. Administrators should be able to view everyone's (please see jpeg) Agents need to be able to fill out forms that would invoice our company (I have attached sample jpegs as references), Administrators need to be able change the "status" of the invoice from invoice received, waiting for check, paid etc. Managers also need to be able to fill out forms, but also be able to fill out a separate form called "manager invoice". Please see JPEG for the "create an invoice" page (it does not need to look like that as long as it has the same functionality) There should be a my invoices section where agents can see the invoice they have created and the status of their invoices, please see JPEG There needs to be a client management system which will just be SQL requests from the create an invoice form. client management will include email information of all our clients; we need to be able to email all the clients easily. On the webpage, the 7th picture is showing the 1st picture, please see [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The website also needs to have a sort section wherever there is a listing section; for example, when someone searches for a listing (go to search and just hit go without putting any information in) it shows too many listings. The default number to show should be 10 listings arranged by price. There should be an option to change the number of amounts shown for example, show 15 Properties, 25 Properties, 50 Properties, All properties,
