check the site very well bevore you place a bid (site is complex with a lot of searchfilters) you can use google translator for this
admin need be able administrate everything (adds, categories, sales, featured etc) edit add delete puplish and unpuplish admin need be very complete !!
the site need be done in joomla 2.5 (no core hacks we need be able update later joomla without any problems)
we need a standalone componente / modules / plugins
code need be well documented (in english)
we need this work finish and working in less than one month 30 days
