This project requires a designer experienced in flash and html design. Need to cleanup html, css and flash code of current flash template work. Page needs to be segmented, rather than one large file. Once css is complete, will require taking content and developing pages, inclusive of all links and menus. Will be taking the flash website and mirroring an html version of the site for visitors’ selection of navigation. Therefore, some html design work is also required. To get an idea go to www.publichealthmatters.com. Project involves placing the image attached in the header, and possibly manipulating or changing the layout. Will need to have some logo work. The need currently is for approximately 15 pages flash, 25 or so html. Again, it is template driven, so this part should be straightforward. The flash intro may require some modest wording changes, but remain primarily unchanged. Will include all currently available flash files and source code. Will require some statement as to expected time to completion.
