It's a small test project which, if successfully completed, will lead to a bigger project and a long term relationship. The solution should allow Users or Admin to upload a Word document (.docx), which will be translated into native HTML5, and become available for editing. We should then bookmark, tag or highlight fields on the document as "fill in" spaces/fields.
From the front end, User should see the document as an HTML5 page with "fill in" spaces/fields. User should then be able to enter information in the "fill in" fields, and invite another User to enter information too. User will then be able to export the document into .docx/pdf.
User may also fully Edit the document on the webpage, in which case the "changes" to the document should be "tracked". It's like very basic web based "word processing".
There is a similar free service available called docracy. Go to docracy.com, sign up, and select any public document. Try to play around with it, customize it, create fields, invite another user to review it, and download the document. Also try uploading your own document to edit it. This way you will understand our requirement. Review this web service and tell us how they are doing it, and how you will do it.
If needed, there are many Open Source resources available on the internet which can be customized. As standard, you will provide support, bugs fixing, and carry out small change requests for 6 months after completion. The deliverable should be hack proof and safe from other exploits. You will write and deliver clean, modular, well-organised, referenced and robust code with full copyrights to implement the desired requirements.
Don't reply or bid with marketing bullshit, we will NOT read that. Carefully read these requirements and tell us what is your technical plan to achieve this functionality with your proposed solution. Also show if you have done it in the past with verifiable reference. Send us messages to further discuss/understand our requirements if you like.
