I will send you my hosting detail and you need to work on that to make a Joomla site similar to the html site. My budget is 70 and workday allowed 3 days. Let me know if you can.

These are all... All html zip files you need to unzip in one folder and Documentation need to unzip another folder.
Create one folder Name- Life
Then Create Two Folder on it- 1 name Documentation and one is HTML ... under html unzip all html and under documentation unzip documentation files.
