Create a website where children will write their own books - repost 2

Hello everbody! I'm looking for a good programmer to create a website where children will be able to write their own book. How will it work? The child will write his/her story in a form (they will write his/her name, the title of the story and 6 pages of story). After writing, he will be directed to a drawing tool (it may be an open source plugin like [login to view URL] or another free one). For each page of story, he will create one drawing page. Finished the story, I just need the content (text and drawings on jpg). You will have to create the database for this content. No login will be required to creating the stories. For each story created, you will generate a key (an alphanumeric ID). We already have the algorythm to generating this key, that will be given to you. I already have the e-commerce platform. Don't need to worry about that. PS: technologies that may be used for this project: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL database. We don't want to use the ready platforms like Wordpress, Joomla etc. Best Regards. Pedro
