Custom AJax Chat Room

I need a Custom Ajax Chat Room that will be added to replace a opensource ajax chatroom and will be added into a RPG Web based Game. Needs to have preset multi rooms, tabing perferred, private chat, which will open either a popup window, OR another tab (Like Mibbit). A userlist will be required, clicking on a user will open either a dropdown menu or popup menu. **popup menus, Admins will have Kick/Ban (with reason), the option to invite to another room that the normal user doesn't normally have access to. **Popup for normal user will only show, private msg, and profile Each room will have their own topic, respectivally. Since this will be for a RPG Game, the rooms will be Lobby, Gang, Staff, and Devs That will be the main chat rooms, Private chats, does not need a userlist since it's only a chat between two users. I would perfer the backend be written in php, with JSON/Ajax instead of XML/Ajax for saving a bit of bandwidth. No need to make a login system or register, I will write the backin for getting the user data, just use session veriables for me to set such as $_SESSION['userid'] and $_SESSION['username']. Users also should be given the option to set their color for text on screen, and this information should be save on their end with cookies, or session veriables.... Users depending on type of user will have different colors, for example, donators will be orange, non-donator will be black, admins will have a green color. I have a basic layout already created, but will probably need to be tweaked to work correctly. I also already have a backend php for the chat system, so you can use that as a guide, the problem is we need a custom layout with function for Javascript. This work should not have any copyrighted work in it at all, and be free from any copyrights. Don't bid unless you are capable of doing the work. This shouldn't be too difficult to do for a person that knows JavaScript and Html.
